This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for submitting copyright infringement notifications and counter-notifications in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We also maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.
